I was scared out of my mind when zi learned that I needed to see an Endodontic for the particular tooth problem I was having. I don't do well during dental procedures and was not looking forward to it. BUT I am so glad I got to go to Doctor Anderson he is fast, efficient and very very skilled. I will admit my favorite person was his dental assistant (I wish I remembered her name). She had a calming personality and took every opportunity to make sure I was comfortable, happy and calm. Had a root canal by Dr Anderson last fall, got in the chair, he asked me to open my mouth & did the novocaine shots without any numbing agent. Several fast shots that really hurt. I had also been unaware until I sat down that nitrous oxide wasn't included. Yes I should have asked first but in the past with other dentists it's been included. So, assumed.
