I really like my DR she is amazing. Been a patient of this hospital system for over 10 years They do not care about the patients the only care about money If you can't afford a high dollar insurance plan they do not take your insurance. Proving to me once more that they do not care about you as a person but only about your money so they can continue to build these massive buildings all over Dallas.
I'm not sure why others are having a difficult experience but i love Dr.Zhang! 🫶😭 She's practically the first doctor to listen to all my symptoms that I've been having for a year which has made my life difficult after seing so many. My referral was sent by my pcp and they called me in a week to schedule! So everything was smoothly and quick!(': again thank you Emily!!!♡
The reviews aren’t exaggerating! It is impossible to get an appointment in especially as a new patient. They insist on requiring a referral from your doctor, and even after being sent multiple times I still get no answer after months despite calling myself. Do not waste your time and look for a different endocrinology group.
Called for over a month trying to get an appointment after my doctor sent the referral 5 times. Every time they say they haven’t received it. It’s impossible to get an appointment here as others have also noted. Clearly their focus is not on providing patient care. I shouldn’t have to work this hard just to see a doctor. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
Lost my referral about 15 times. My primary care has sent it through fax, email and website yet they can’t find it. So I will be looking for a new Endo now.
