I'm so thankful I was referred here. Dr Rahimi is a caring and good doctor.
Although it was difficult to secure an appointment, Dr. Maria Brito made the hassle worth it. She was kind, patient, thorough and really listened. I had been to other doctors regarding my thyroid issue and had horrible experiences. I’m so relieved I found Dr. Brito.
I am a thyroid cancer survivor, recently moved to DFW. My Dr. Referred me to this clinic. Called them November 2023, they scheduled me for April 2024. After months of waiting they called me the day of the appointment and cancelled my appt. Because the dr Khanjee is “ill”. Re-scheduled for August 6th at 8a. The called me at 7a SAME DAY and cancelled my appt AGAIN. Because the Dr. Is “ill” AGAIN. They don’t have any appts until February 2024. That’s A YEAR AND FOUR MONTHS WAITING FOR ONE APPT. UTSouthwestern Medical is horrible with their scheduling for All doctors. I was called to reschedule an endocrinology appointment for my mom again they offered a televisit for another day but we already did a televisit prior due to the same situation!!!!! Now they pushed out to another month for a face to face appointment hopefully I won’t get that call oh doctor won’t be available want to do a televisit on “our” schedule. Like the other reviews said, it's impossible to get an appointment here. They always say they didn't get a referral or something was wrong with the referral.
