I would give no stars if possible. Cleveland Clinic Neurology has requested that I see an endocrinologist in order to complete my neurology evaluation. Metro Endocrinology denied my referral, stating that they do not handle these issues. This is inconsistent with Cleveland Clinic’s instructions, as they explicitly stated that an endocrinologist is the appropriate specialist for evaluation before continuing my care. FINANCIAL COUNSELOR MAKES EVERYTHING TO DO NOT APPROVE YOU TO GET ANY HELP FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE, AND KEEP ASKING AND ASKING FOR PAPERWORK TO YOU GET TIRED AND STILL GIVING NO SENSE RESPONSE. ASKING FOR INCOME THAT I DONT HAVE ANYMORE, LIKE W2 FROM LAST YEARS WHEN I LOST THAT JOB, I SENT UIA PAPERWORK AND STILL ASKING FOR A INCOME THAT I DON'T HAVE. I DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM WITH ORTHER 3 HEALTH ORG THAT REALLY HELP PEOPLE IN OUR SITUATION. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Rude customer service and did not review my chart and notes from PCP before canceling my appt at the last minute.
