Tara herself is the sweetest person you'd ever want to meet. But, the staff is .. saucy. I was 15 min late this morning for my appointment due to an accident that slowed traffic. I called and was told the staff couldn't be reached. She said to come to the office anyway. I arrived. The girl facing me looked at me like I kicked her cat. Then a tall lady with tattoos all on her arms told me that since I'm 20 mins late (🤔) that they would have to "fit" me in AFTER on time patients were seen. This was the first time my kid had to go there and the doctor is awesome
Not impressed, since seeing her and taking a new medication she prescribed, my blood work/levels are worse than they were before seeing her. I sat in front of her telling her I did not feel any better, possibly worse, and after more blood work, her answer to that was to insinuate that I am taking the wrong dosage ( the dosage she prescribed ) rather than admitting the medication she put me on is not working.
