This review is definitely long an overdue. Dr. Wu took care of me when I found out I had Graves’ disease. She is the reason I am in remission and I can’t be more grateful, she helped me through my pregnancy, and was absolutely incredible

Awful and incompetent staff. My mother in law has been a patientfor years and has always had a copay. Now, they want her to pay coinsurance subject to 50% of the billables. I had to take time out of my day to call Horizon and confirm that she is only responsible for the copay and the rest with be paid by Horizon BCBS. I conferenced in the office, Horizon and myself. How this dr whom I never saw called my house atv10:30pm to discuss my issue then had the nerve to tell me about a referral and if my diabetes was bad what dr does that I heard paper being torn in the background sorry I will not be your patient her staff very rude and disorganized just like the dr
