I just looked at a written report filed after my visit. Medication amounts aren't correct. Drugs i am not taking.l and never have. This is how people end up dead. They sent in a student who refused to listen to me. Tried to gas light me and documented conversations that never happened. Unfortunately people in the berkshires are stuck with poor care. More fiction than fact. O mention of double vision.
