Great place. Very knowledgeable and very helpful.
MELISSA is not helpful. She yells and doesn’t let you speak. she’s rude. I would NEVER recommend this office. Shame on Melissa and shame on dr parascos. Call to speak to the doctor and she never calls back unless Melissa never even gives the doctor the message. Melissa also hangs up on you. Disgusting how she treats patients with underlying diseases. This office should be ASHAMED.
As for me, my appointment was at 2:30pm and even though I got here at 1:45pm for my appointment, it is 2:45pm and I am still waiting to be seen by the endocrinologist. Sad because I am a new patient and the receptionist was not in a really good mood either. Pretty sure will have to look for another place to go to.
