Awful experience for my mom . Lack of communication with the staff . My mom has been suffering with potential adrenal issues. She should have been hospitalized along time ago for help . We called to speak with the Dr in hopes she would admit my mom with nausea , fatigue, muscle weakness , weight loss etc . Her response was if it’s an emergency go to the ER which we did and they would not admit her. I took her to see her primary care doctor and he contacted DrZ so they could consult to get her admitted. The response to the pr... read more

I originally thought I would be in good hands here since they worked me in. The doctor ended up cancelling that appointment and scheduling me two weeks later. I showed up two weeks later and had to wait an hour to see the doctor. When I get in to doctor, she seemed unsure of my symptoms. We did repeat labs. I had to contact the office multiple times myself to get interpretation on labs. I finally got a call back from the doctor (an hour after they said she would call), and she said they were going to order a confirmatory tes... read more

I came to dr zamanian to discuss hormone issues as well as discuss ongoing glp1 issues. My wife accompanied me to help with note taking if needed. Dr zamanian not only kept saying she "didnt know" what to do, but also refused to run any labs. She claimed maybe I was having a seizure and claimed nothing she would look for would be in labs. I told her how I am able to tell her exact days the hormone issue will happen due to a specific hormone change. After we asked several times, she claimed maybe my adderall causes the issues... read more

Needed to schedule an appointment asap, left voicemail no one cared to call back. I called again, and after speaking to the front desk and explaining my situation to get in asap due to my husband's diabetes. She offered me to come in July??? It's crazy how some doctors don't care for their patients!

I have no complaints about my doctor—she is absolutely phenomenal when it comes to bedside manner and patient care. However, the front desk services are a completely different story. It’s extremely difficult to get through to someone; you often have to call multiple times a day. When the receptionist finally answers, you’re placed on hold for 15 minutes or more. Additionally, the voice chat/messaging system is practically useless—they never respond to messages left through the system. It’s frustrating and unacceptable. Somet... read more
