A conversation I had with Dr Gangi, made me realize she’s a huge red flag! When disclosing about a recent depression diagnosis she asked “Did something tragic happen or simply just like that depression?” The phlebotomist took five six vials blood, and didn’t take it from my vein, so it was useless, but never bothered to call me back about it! After calling staff for more than 2-3 weeks, they said come and do the bloodwork again! Never bothered to follow-up! Will never go back!
This is not America , we can kiss our ass good bye…don’t bother, just make funeral arrangements
Dr.Gangi and her staff are incompetent and extremely unprofessional. They don’t answer calls and certainly don’t return calls. This staff called in 3 incorrect prescriptions for me. I had to pay for all 3 to find out they were incorrect.... then when I went to the office and shared this upset with Dr. Gangi she denied sending them though each prescription had her name on it. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! The incorrect medications she sent could have killed me the strengths were devastatingly high dosages!!! This office really need... read more
Hard to reach doctor. They are very unprofessional, close their office before time.
I Love Love Love Dr. Sumana Gangi! I'm confused about the other reviews I've read about her and her staff being unprofessional. I do agree about comments made about her call center but, she is very aware of this issue and is working on it. My experiences with Dr. Gangi and her office staff I've met have been great. They are professional and know their stuff. I have an underactive thyroid and high triglycerides and she diagnosed my triglycerides before the blood test and was spot on.
