Dr Ellis's staff were all helpful and attentive at each step of the way. Family Nurse Practitioner Amanda Thacker was excellent in speaking with my mom intelligently, thoroughly, kindly and compassionately. (And quickly.) The treatment options were clearly explained. My mom feels like she is in good hands, with a good care plan. We look forward to working with Dr Ellis and her team in the coming months. (And thank you to Ursa for the clear email communication before the appointment, much appreciated.)
Wouldn’t recommend for thyroid issues
I am really sad I have to leave this practice because they are out of network for me now. It is a wonderfully organized practice, my appointments were always on time and the communication with the front desk was flawless. They were very prompt to respond and take care of all of me needs.
I had an extremely pleasant and productive appointment today with Amanda Thacker. Not only was she thorough, but she took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The front desk receptionist, Ursa, was also very kind and helpful, as well as the nurse who took my vitals.
I usually don't write reviews but your practice earned this!This is for you Ms.Ursa :First of all-when you are in that post of attending the calls, and guiding the patients to your practice-you are an important face to represent your practice!Respect that! 1)When you give your email id over the phone-have the courtesy to pronounce letter by letter so that its easier for other person to take a quick note.
