I am really sad I have to leave this practice because they are out of network for me now. It is a wonderfully organized practice, my appointments were always on time and the communication with the front desk was flawless. They were very prompt to respond and take care of all of me needs.
I had an extremely pleasant and productive appointment today with Amanda Thacker. Not only was she thorough, but she took her time to answer all of my questions and concerns. The front desk receptionist, Ursa, was also very kind and helpful, as well as the nurse who took my vitals.
I usually don't write reviews but your practice earned this!This is for you Ms.Ursa :First of all-when you are in that post of attending the calls, and guiding the patients to your practice-you are an important face to represent your practice!Respect that! 1)When you give your email id over the phone-have the courtesy to pronounce letter by letter so that its easier for other person to take a quick note. Dr. Ellis was wonderful - she asked excellent questions, listened to my concerns and took time to explain well my treatment options - even writing them out for me. It can be overwhelming to take in medical information and I appreciated her going that extra mile. Her nurse is very friendly. A welcoming environment.
After years of seeing Endocrinologists who seemed to generalize my health and Type I protocols rather than work with me to define a plan and understand my unique needs, I think Dr. Ellis gets it right in every way. Not only is she attentive, patient and eager to understand her patient’s needs, she hires staff who are just as thorough and responsive as she is. I’m really grateful I was referred to Dr. Ellis and recommend that anyone needing a specialist in this field.
