If I could give the lapeer location negative I would. What an absolute joke. My appointment was for 2pm I called them on a Tuesday to try and reschedule for an earlier time and they didn't even bother to call me back. Freaking joke. I asked how far behind they were in the day at 30 minutes had passed and they said when a room opens we will get you in. They refuse to answer the phones
They called while I was working yesterday because the doctor won’t be in when I am scheduled for an appointment next week. Trying to return the call to reschedule and I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes so far and still waiting. Last time I called the woman could not even find my appointment and the wait was just as long. This is ridiculous.
The wait was so much better than the Flint location. The office people seem happier than the Flint location.
I waited two and ahalf hours in the lobby then when I was called back they said about 45 mins more. I had to walk out, wait was so ridiculous . The receptionist kept leaving the desk so i couldn’t even get checked in for a half hour then couldn’t ask for an update because she was gone. There was no paper on the beds and I didn’t even get asked to fill out new patient paperwork which was weird .
