thorough, good doctor – I have been seeing Dr. Ahmad for a couple of years now about my hypothyroid disease. I am 28 years old, but was diagnosed with this at 19. Until I came to Dr. Ahmad, I never had a doctor take my condition seriously in part due to my youth, and I was not over-weight. Because of Dr. Ahmad's thorough in office testing, she was able to locate nodules on my thyroid, something no doctor ever thought to check me for. One was so large it needed to be biopsied.
