Very happy with dr ramon. Explains thing well. Alway asking question and giving me advise. He is on top of all the meds plus what is comming out. He comes highly recomended. He has all my trust.
Wouldn't send my dog there! Dr. Raman is Not a Compassionate doctor. Did not help meat all! Through me back out there to our terrible healthcare services where I still sit and wait for someone to take on my case!!
Edit: Raman was grumpy, rushed, snapped at me. Listening? Nope Ugh. Only one visit so far but I was sincerely impressed with the entire office! Reception, nurses, and Dr. Raman, too. Everyone listened well, seemed to genuinely care, and all were exceedingly professional. Even the patients in the waiting room were relaxed and comfortable -- which certainly doesn't always happen. I'm not always an easy patient; I, too, was relaxed and comfy all the way through. (Wow, things changed since the first visit!)
My first time at this location...Dr Pradeep explained things. Sent me to get more blood work. That's when my distastefulness started. The lady I checked out was clueless AND rude. I told her so. She couldn't give me info to pass along when I got more blood work ..and couldn't even tell me where Health LAB was...which was directly across the parking lot. Another girl explained and WAS helpful. She must have heard our conversation not sure why people work within health field jobs. But are so RUDE
