I have been going to Dr. Lakian since 2014. Dr. lakhian was great with good staff. My recent experiences have made me stop going to her. First off, when my GP pointed out after blood work that my Thyroid levels are way high and I needed to cut down on my Synthroid, I call Dr. Lakhian’s office after faxing her my blood work about dosage adjustments. Called to make a appointment as a new patient. The front desk person was so rude. Really impatient and as though they are doing me a favor by giving me an appointment. I will find somewhere else. Dread to think how they treat their existing customers!
I’ve never experienced a doctor who cares on the level Dr. Lakhian cares. Until I saw her, I felt like I was fighting to be listened to. She has advocated for me, personally texted/called surgeons to coordinate a referral, educated me in a way that makes me feel involved in decisions, and just gave me time. She’s really the best.
Last minute call to see a different doctor is not acceptable. You guys are forcing us to see a different doctor and losing now.
