So I'm not complaining about the wait...I am complaining about the ridiculous staff this office has, specifically the front desk woman-Mary . There is something truly wrong with her psyche. She is horrible with her communication, rude, loud, won't let you get your word in. Does not answer calls, when she does it escalates into something hostile. I have never met a doctor who is more attentive, caring and as thorough as Dr Tohme. He has been my doctor for almost twenty years and I wouldn’t go to any one else.

Called to confirm my December 2022 appointment and no one returns a call. I tracked down Dr. Shah to find out that he is no longer there. Very unprofessional to not reach out to his patients to advise and to schedule an appointment with the current doctors still at the practice or to forward medical records.
