I had a beyond wonderful experience here today. They were able to get me in same-day for permanent jewelry and both Shannon and Cira were so kind and lovely. Cira installed my jewelry and was patient and sweet. She really cared about me and how I preferred my jewelry to fit. I could have gotten one of everything but I limited myself lol. Arrived to our appointment very early and they were extremely accommodating!! All associates were very knowledgable, helpful, and patient to all customers in the store. After finishing our permanent bracelets I asked for advice on adjusting my personal necklace and pendant and the employee helping us spent extra time trying to figure out a solution for me free of charge. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for endless jewelry or other non permanent options as well.
Walked in with the intention of just window shopping when I found myself leaving with two pairs of fun beautiful new hoops! Everyone was so happy and welcoming and helped pick out the perfect little stack of earrings for me, so happy I stopped in to say hello!
If you wanna shine bright like a diamond you need to go talk to Janie at Grayling. I got my custom made chain ring today and I am obsessed. They didn’t have my size available and Janie made it for me right on the spot. Love this beautiful store, highly recommend :)
