I booked a room by phone My reservation was made in super 8 Holton the front lady was nice to me. When I got my email. With my contact number i realized that my reservation was in Topeka at Endeavor. I called right away the front lady didn’t find my reservation I told her that I had my confirmation number on hand she said no maam You don’t have a reservation with us. I would have given 5 stars however there was a screw up in my room. My husband is a disabled vet and in a wheelchair. We travel to Topeka every couple of weeks for Doctors appt. He requires a roll in shower and we always get room 145 as it is handicap accessible with a roll in shower king suite. However on the evening of March 16 we checked in we got the key card for 145 but when we went to get in our room it was already taken by another guest. Old small room. Annoying with construction going on. Mattress hard not comfy at all
