If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was in and out of the inpatient unit fifteen years ago, when I was just twelve years old, for severe depression and attempting to take my life. The staff was horrific and completely unprofessional. It seems like they were on a power trip. Dr. Joseph Raviv is a dangerous, incompetent, corrupt criminal that performs unnecessary surgeries on patients for additional insurance money. I visited him on July 24th, 2014, and all I needed was endoscopic sinus surgery (where the surgeon widens the sinus passages to create better drainage). Very rude. Front desk was very rude. Did not address us by our sex m-f they just call everyone sirs like wtf. Face masks are not required an desk lady about got cussed out if my kid was not here she'd be looking dumb. Very Very rude as far as customer service goes. Desk needs to learn how to be kind to people who come into the urgent care.
