I want to recognize Haxhi Rojba for his professionalism and kindness during a recent fire drill in the building. He went above and beyond by assisting me and my nephew, helping us safely down from the third floor of the parking lot to the designated meeting point. Didnt do anything and referred me somewhere else. Also were confused about my bcbs insurance. The insurance company told me to provide a phone number to the urgent care and to call and they can confirm my insurance (i was recently approved and haven’t recieved my card yet). The airheaded receptionist told me they “dont make calls” and additionally rolled her eyes at me at checkout. Keep in mind they obviously have phones at every desk and a quick call would confirm my insurance coverage. Now to wait for the bill where they d... read more

One of the worst phlebotomists I ever had. She was pushing while inserting and never stopped. I was scratched when she took the needle out because she was still applying pressure! It was like her entire body weight was on the needle the entire time. It was so painful. Major bruising still and it has now been 5 days. Never going here for a blood draw again.

Been here many times. I’ve always been fully satisfied. The “mammogram lady” is wonderful (had her 3 times now, I believe), Staff is friendly, waiting room comfortable, service prompt. Free parking for an hour. Can’t beat it!
