Can’t reach anyone for test results and never received a call. On hold for 3+ hours. Horrible
Absolutely the worst customer service, rude people and they don’t care at all. For people who are responsible for your health they sure don’t care at all. Don’t ever use them for any reason.
Had a terrible experience there seeing an MD regarding poison ivy. When I get it, it spreads everywhere. I went to get a steroid and MD refused to give it to me. Ended up having to go to a dermatology clinic and paid double for what Endeavor should have provided. Bring back North Shore
The doctor I saw was the most unhelpful non empathetic person I’ve ever met and left me with more anxiety b/c she couldn’t tell me anything. I ended up just going to the ER afterwards and got results the same day. On top of that, my ER bill was cheaper than this pointless visit. Never again…
Thank you for wasting our time and not providing the proper information for us to know what to expect in the appointment we did not get what we wanted and we paid money which was a waste I would really appreciate if you actually told your patients what you provide as a service because you do not provide what we need and we wasted our time and money thank you very much we are not coming again such incompetence please learn your facility and who you work with because that is very important for the patients
