The MD that saw me was professional and knowledgeable about my sudden condition. Once I followed up with the ENT/Audiologist, I was assured the right treatment had been started. Due to that decision in treatment, I have better chances at fully recovering my hearing. (I have noticed improvement) Thank you 😊
Horrible phlebotomist on duty 8/24 at 2pm. They do not care about your health. I advocated for myself and my needs such as needing to lay back and she did not care and dismissed my concerns telling me to just sit down since it's only two vials needed. This is a ridiculous and disgusting statement from a medical 'professional'. She did not complete the job because she was arguing with me about the needs that I advocated.
