Came in December 7th for a finger laceration requiring stitches. Waited 3 and a half hours in the waiting room then another hour once seen. I am now writing this a week later waiting to get my stitches removed... currently already have waited 2 hours and counting for what will take 15 minutes. Totally disrespectful to your patients time and absolutely unacceptable. All the other reviews about this place are true, go anywhere else if you can.

I'm a fairly new patient, but Dr Serafin has been great so far. He's the first PCP I've had who looks at my entire list of concerns and addresses each item rather than brushing it off or blaming anxiety. He also has been closely managing a new medication rather than the usual write a script and say "see you next year". It looks like there is an issue with his profile being tied to bad reviews for Northshore, so those aren't his!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Serafin. He is incredibly thorough, patient, and genuinely cares about his patients. He takes the time to listen, explain things clearly, and ensure that I feel heard at every visit. His professionalism and compassionate approach make a world of difference.
