The Emergency Room is the worst the wait is 4 and half hours wait before anyone get to attend to you. No good at all

I had a surgery and everything went great with that. Two days later I broke out in terrible hives in which I thought was the last of the drugs getting out of my system. Come 4 days post surgery I am still breaking out and try to call in to speak with a nurse or someone from the care team to see if this was normal. They would not let me speak with anyone over the phone other than a someone in a call center. I shouldn’t even give them a star! Just spent 5 & 1/2 hrs in the ER with my MIL for nothing. A few vital signs in the lobby & to never have her name called again. It’s 10pm and we just walked out. We have No answers, nothing! Horrible Hospital - don’t bother unless you’re arriving in an ambulance maybe.
