If I can give a negative 100 stars I would . I had to process my trauma and PTSD before I can write this review . I was rear-ended at high speed by a driver and sustained a bad head concussion . I later found out I needed brain surgery . After surgery I was admitted to the Evanston ICU . My stay there traumatized me and caused me PTSD. It traumatized my family as well when I shared my nightmare at the hands of their lousy ICU staff and incompetent Physician assistant. They made us wait an hour despite checking in, in advance. We even asked when the doctor would come in and got pushed off like it was nothing. We tried to reschedule and the nurse at the front desk said “I don’t have time for this” and walked away, which then led me to walking out and leaving. Worst experience for a doctors visit ever!
Went in for a urology surgery couldn’t be more grateful for the excellent care from the check in team, to the anesthesia team, to Dr.Le and the wonderful nurses who took care of me before and after the surgery and throughout my stay. Thank you for the cleanliness of the entire place, delicious food and wonderful care I’m very grateful.
