During my visit to the Endoscopy Department on March 5, I became seriously concerned about patient privacy practices at the reception desk. While waiting, I could clearly hear other patients’ full names, addresses, phone numbers, and even information about their workplaces being discussed openly within earshot of others in the waiting area. Greetings, I just wanna share my gratitude with everyone about my visit today. When I arrived today I met my surgeon Kiera whom was awesome. About an hour later I met Dan in (Valet) he was ready to serve patients(service with a smile). He went and got me a wheel chair, took me inside out of the cold, and Carol was customer focus and transported me to the CT area. There I met Karen ready to give me excellent services as well.
