With a hospital so big, there is absolutely no reason to perform an MRI in a mobile unit when it’s so cold outside. You can’t tell me there are no available machines inside the hospital. And for reduction of sound to protect the ears, toilet paper would have been better shoved in my ears than your generic ear plugs. Pathetic!

I went to the immediate care/clinic in Lombard for the flu in December. I received a bill that was more than my standard co-pay. When I called billing I was told that the immediate care is billed under the umbrella of the hospital and not an immediate care. I informed the customer rep that it’s deceiving for the organization to call it an immediate care and that I’m sure I was not the first person who thought she was going to a immediate care with the standard co-pay. Would not recommend having a baby here. I told all my doctors, the hospital, and the risk management department of the hospital months in advance that I was going to keep my placenta - an organ that I grew myself and is literally my organ. And they all said that was okay as long as I signed a release and they said they'd give me the release form when I arrived for delivery.
