I had a great experience for knee surgery. The reception staff, nurses, and anesthesia team were all friendly and kind. They responded to my questions and concerns promptly and sincerely. The entire process from check-in to discharge was like a well-oiled machine. Thank you all! I would highly recommend this hospital for outpatient surgery.

Labor and delivery nurse, Maddie, used racially coded language to provoke a response that she used as a vehicle for my removal from the labor delivery ward after my daughter was born, separating me from my wife. As a patient of color, this was beyond unacceptable, after just delivering our fourth child at Elmhurst Hospital. I made a complaint to the charge nurse, who was incredibly dismissive and protective of her employee, and the hospital has yet to respond to my feedback. You don't want to go any medical facilities! But when you have to this is the hospital I recommend. I had neck surgery .when I first got there I came in a wheelchair couldn't even brush my teeth or even eat without help now I'm with a cane . Great facility Great doctors and staff . My surgen DR. BOCO .THANKS I thought I never walk again.😉

Their billing system and communication is the worst business practice I've ever encountered. They call with an automated message telling you to call them back, and when you try to do that, it's a 30 min wait. Zero respect for people's time.
