Great experience! Staff were friendly and very helpful. We had our carpet replaced on our stairs to the basement and it turned out great!
While we are happy with the quality of the carpet itself, the overall experience and lack of accountability from End of the Roll was incredibly frustrating. At their own suggestion, we had our walls freshly painted just before the carpet installation. Unfortunately, after the installer spent several hours working on our stairs, we returned to find dense scratches and structural damage all over our brand-new walls.
