It is my opinion that this Company engages in fraudulent activities. I had a one time service for an ant problem. The ants reappeared within one week and I called for service under the warranty. Their receptionist Brooke informed me that I should wait approximately 3 weeks as it may take that long for the problem to resolve. She refused to send anyone back out.
