I was the first resident to move into the Townhouses, I sold my home and had a deadline in May 2015 to move. Tabitha then the manager worked hard to get my place movin ready. When she left, the property management change and I saw a change in service. Now with the current Management Team lead by Julie, the service has emproved and it's really important to them that we are not just residence but a community . The Team at Encore were very nice, professional and helpful during my moving in process. Julie was nice and friendly she answered all my questions and concerns. I am glad I choose my new home at their Utica location. Landscape is always taking care of looks great! Love the town home! Excellent people to work with and the community is very nice as well.

What makes this property "excellent" is the location, look, quality of the materials and the staff! The property is looking wonderful with all of the landscaping just completed:-) Moving to this community was the best decision in a long time. Definitely a wonderful "home" for us.
