I moved here recently with my brother and I absolutely love it. First of all management and the women who all work in the office are extremely nice! They were very helpful and made the lease process quick and painless. We were able to move in almost right away. Then the condos themselves are stunning. Very modern and we haven’t had one issue yet. They do look very nice but the work on the condo is terrible I have grout stuck on the face of my porcelain floors in 4 places makes the floor look dirty all the time I have counted over 150 nail pops in the drywall i have areas of my walls that have never been painted I had over 85 spots of paint on my floors that I had to scrap off because they would not do it all my cupboards are scratched up multiple chips in the new granite counter tops the ppl building these do very shotti work my pipes froze because it did not have en... read more
We have had a great experience this past year at encore! Our townhome is awesome. Love the office staff. They are so nice and helpful! The maintenance is always timely and helpful when we have an issue. Great place to live!

I ended up putting a deposit on a townhome during the summer, site unseen. However, I took a risk and relied on the online pictures and descriptions to be accurate. When I got here and saw the place, for the first time, in August, I was very happy with my decision. My biggest concern moving in was that I had read a review about the place being noisy, that the walls must be "paper thin." However, that's not true at all from my experience.
