I emailed the salon a few days ago with concerns, and since I haven't gotten response I've decided to post publicly. This salon clearly does not care when they upset and dissatisfy customers. I set up for getting the bridal package: nails, airbrush makeup, and hair. Starting at my hair trial, I was expected to pay full/half for the service, which is money I didn’t have at the time because nobody made me aware of when this money would be due.
