I felt sucked in by a reasonable initial/verbal estimate, promises of tarping all below the roof, promises we would be getting impact resistant shingles which would give us a great discount and promises they would work on our behalf with our insurance company to get us additional money for hail damage to gutters, downspouts, facia, siding, etc. I feel totally taken advantaged of. Our sellers needed a new roof before closing, and with insurance dragging their feet, the timeline was extremely tight. Hans personally met the adjuster on site and was a critical part of getting insurance to cover the replacement.
