The people that work in this office are incredibly rude. Among the pandemic and the economy crashing they sent me a letter that I needed to pay my account in full or they were bringing me to small claims court and that I would be responsible for lawyer fees and court fees. My account has been open for 5 years and I have been making regular payments. They are money hungry and do not care who they hurt in the process. Everyone at Encore is so kind and easy to work with. From the minute you walk in the door, you feel at ease. Regardless of why you are there, the staff at Encore are knowledgeable and will help you understand everything. They encourage improvement without ignoring an individual's limits.

They do a good job helping you get back to normal. It is a nice, clean, friendly place to work out.
Encore takes care of their patients and have a sense of humor to make the pain tolerable. I have a few more weeks to attend therapy!! So far � good!
