These people are scam artist. We booked on of their houses through Airbnb. They told us we would receive a full refund if we cancelled before 30 days of the trip. Due to covid, we had to cancel our family trip to Disney. They did not honor the 30 days and were very unresponsive. Airbnb was impossible to get in touch with so we lost over $1000 in fees because of Encore. There are plenty of properties in Florida to rent. Take your money somewhere else!!!! #BUYERBEWARE

I received a call this morning from one of those scam artists who claim to be able to lower your credit card interest rate. I asked if he was calling from India. He told me he was calling from Florida and gave me this address. It appears the address does exist, but given the experience of the other reviewer, it seems this is a gathering place for rude or fly by night individuals.

Place seems good, has pool, is clean and well cared for. However on site management is rude and avoids answering calls and questions. We were assured, that even though the winter travel season begins in a month, we would have a site (as long as fees were paid and rules followed) we explained we were trying to keep our 5 yr old in the same school and needed to work w the school on busing.
