I called yesterday because physical therapy through my insurance was going to be so expensive. Frank squeezed me in first thing this morning and was incredibly kind and professional. When I mentioned I was going to a doctor for possible plantar fasciitis on top of the shoulder pain I was seeing him for, he offered to take a look for me. He worked on both my foot and my shoulder today and did not even charge me more than his initial quote to do so.
