I moved in here in February of 2024 and after a bumpy couple of months at the beginning, it has been smooth sailing since then. The office staff responds accordingly to my concerns and maintenance is top notch. Pedro is an absolute bad ass. Pam and Haleigh always make sure to ask follow up questions regarding services performed. I do not hold the apartments responsible for the homeless issue. They do what they can.
