Bought something from this store walked out with receipt and was told if the gift we purchased didn’t fit as long as we had the receipt we could return it. Less then a week later we go to return it with the receipt because it didn’t fit the baby that the gift was for and we were told they were only willing to give us store credit and we couldn’t get our money back. I have called on numerous occasions trying to bring in items. I am told to use sight to book but there are never appointments available. Ever! I was checking g daily for awhile! When I called I was treated rudely and was quite surprised. Absolutely not helpful at all. Would not shop or consign there!
The staff is incredibly rude and don’t seem to want items to actually be consigned. They were incredibly rude to my mother and I when we attempted to consign formal dresses. Every time I’ve attempted to buy a dress there they’ve been pushy and rude. Will not consign or buy from here again.
