Made an appointment for 2 pedicures. We waited over 30 mins. By the time they said they were ready for us, we were walking out the door. What's the point of making an appointment, when you still have to wait like a walk in? If I had time, I wouldn't have made an appointment. Since when do walk ins take priority over appointments? Very unprofessional. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.

My brother suffers from tremors and is diabetic. He has a hard time clipping his nails. When I made the appointment I didn't tell them this. I was very impressed with the technician that worked on him today. He was very gentle and kind. He even put on his socks and shoes and tied them. That is not something I have ever seen them do before. I just want to say that it was a breathe of fresh air to have kindness in customer service again.

Tami is very rude. For one, I didn’t get any kind of massage or lotion on my feet or legs. They acted like they couldn’t do the design I wanted which was a simple French tip on my toes. I even showed a reference picture and while she was doing it she kept asking me if it looked ok.. I told her it looked crooked. She got an attitude and said “well it doesn’t look like that from over here” she also told me I needed to “just chill” when I told her I didn’t want my toe nails cut.
