The Encore and its staff have been a wonderful experience. Since the beginning of my lease, Ben and the team have always been super helpful and handle any of my concerns with a sense of urgency that is unmatched!
The review about them looking down on you if you’re a minority is correct. My experience was disturbing. 1- never have I been asked for an id to visit an apartment. No email or exchange with Ben the sales guy was I asked to bring one. Yet she refused to let me see an appt until she can keep it.
