I was very impressed with this business. They responded quickly when I first inquired. They provided me with additional information the same day it was requested. I received a text message the day before with driver information and a picture of the driver. A text when the driver was on his way, and an additional text when they arrived. The Limo was cleaned and stocked as requested. It was an excellent experience. I would highly use them again and would recommend them without any hesitation.

Mark and his staff went above and beyond to get me back and forth to the airport during the mini blizzard of April. Slipping in the back seat of a warm car and being able to relax was the best start and end of a vacation. It was above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for the grand experience.

What a great experience all around! Mark and Encore made my daughter's 14th birthday one she'll never forget. From getting picked up at school to getting ice cream downtown Madison my daughter and her friends had an amazing time. Mark was easy to work with and very accommodating!
Great to work with, both leading up to the event and the day-of! We primarily worked with Mark beforehand, and he was also our driver. We rented a limo bus for our wedding. They were very professional, responsive, prompt on the day-of, and the bus was super nice! I’d definitely recommend Encore!!
Mark made the process so easy that I often thought this was too good to be true. However on the day of our event everything went beautifully. Our driver Dan was super patient and professional. Our pickup was near Camp Randal Stadium right after a game but Dan navigated it perfectly! Our day was magical!
