Encore was efficient with the testing and inspection of our Ansul system. The person who received my request for services was professional. The service technician completed the test as requested along with tagging the fire suppression system. Encore emailed my supervisor who was retired. If it wasn’t for me contacting them, we would’ve missed our required on time semi-annual inspection date.
