Stay clear. Prescription glasses have been screwed twice. Second time, they haven’t bother responding to emails to try and rectify the issue at hand. Keep in mind, these were two separate glasses. This after spending over 1600 on safety glasses, one new set and one just to change lenses. One of them, I couldn’t even fold the arms. All in ´’cash only’’ pricing. Strange, I know. I have been to a few optometrists in my life and eyecare places, yet by far, Encore has the best staff. They are so polite, knowledgeable and friendly, I can't say enough about how great this place is. Trust all the positive reviews and get your eye care needs at Encore
After far too many years, I finally updated my glasses,booked the exam, and then afterwards talked about options for look,and fit,great selection and my claim was submitted.got my adjustment from the claim and the glasses a week later,wow,just a good all around experiance and i highly suggest going here for your next pair of glasses 🙂
