Poor management/ no responsibility and they care very little for the tenants hence packages being left out with no one watching not even a camera ... not the first time packages have been left out or left by the mail boxes all night
My husband and I recently took a tour here and I cannot say enough great things about this place! The apartments are updated, and spacious and the list of amenities goes on. The staff are very welcoming and professional. Adam the apartment manager was super friendly and able to answer all of our questions. We ended up renting a house but I would definitely recommend living here!
I was greeted with very friendly staff while taking a tour of the apartments, everyone was very informative and answered all of my questions. Great location and amenities! Heated pool, gym, yoga studio, bike repair station, and even a place to bathe your pup! Would definitely recommend checking them out!
Encore Evans Station is an amazing apartment/condo complex, the units are super nice and so clean. The management is very helpful and they will help you in anyway they can.
I recently attended a Valentine's resident event with some of my friends that live there. I really like their apartment and the amenities. The apartment served shrimp cocktail among other goodies. They even had a bartender serving beer and wine for the party. We stayed after and played pool for a while. I own a house, but would still highly recommend this place to live.
