new management company changed pet policy with no warning. grounds are very unkempt for "luxury living" . thin walls. no firewalls. poor parking. I've replaced 7 tires from screws and nails in the construction of this apartment complex itself and the condo project across bannock. 7 tires in 3 years. I like my apartment itself, very much.

Encore Evans Station is a great place to call "home". The entire staff is extremely accommodating and will always greet you with a welcoming smile! It only takes a matter of seconds for you to become a resident at this beautiful, well kept and peaceful community!

Very homie, nice area i love it
This place is beautiful! I toured the homes and really enjoyed the amenities and apartments I’ve seen and I’m really digging the urban style homes! The staffing is really nice and cooperative. Would’ve loved to move here!
