I'm so glad I chose Encore. Their online appointment portal was easy to use and they sent all the paperwork and questionnaire ahead so that I didn't have to show up earlier at the clinic to do them. They also sent ahead to my insurance company to estimate how much I'd have to pay for my initial appointment and subsequent treatments. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and my hygienist (sorry, I forgot her name!) was so nice and gentle. I had a an appointment for fillings. Everything went well. The staff and Dr Jung are professional and carrying. I like that they have advanced equipment for taking pictures on the tooth before during and after filling. Dr Jung explained the process they are also generous if more work requires they don't charge for every little job. My fillings and teeth are fine

Awesome friendly staff. Loved my Dentist - I was very nervous but she made everything effort to make me feel calm. Very informative, I always knew what they were doing. I saw photos of the completed work. Highly recommend the Encore Dental Team.

My experience was excellent i couldn't say any more than that , drJ.Jung was awesome, she pulled my upper teeth with no pain or discomfort. Personally I would recommend her to everyone i know , I was very nervous but she definitely made it more comfortable and easy. Today one day later I have no pain . Needless to say I'm extremely happy. And she's funny as well.
