Dr.Kim always makes me feel comfortable and finishes all my appointments as best/fast as he can. The dental hygienist are very friendly and make conversations with me. The receptionists are sweet as well.
Very good dental service! My elderly mother inlaw had her lower jaw hurting for a couple of weeks and even though she wasn’t registered here like myself , I insisted on getting it checked out . They opened a Saturday appointment and found that they neeeded to pull the tooth. We accepted the consultation and went ahead. All done in less than 20 min or so. I had a teeth cleaning and a filling at Encore and the whole thing was a breeze. The staff is very knowledgeable and polite. During the whole process the staff made sure I was comfortable and was okay through out the appointment. I truly recommend Encore if you’re looking for a new dental clinic.
This is hands down the best dental clinic I’ve ever been to. The staff is unbelievably friendly, and the whole experience was so smooth and comfortable. Honestly, I’d give it a 10/10 without hesitation and recommend it to anyone looking for quality care.
I appreciated the kindness of the receptionist and dentist during my appointment. However, I felt that my experience with the dental hygienist could be improved. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable, and I believe that a more professional, respectful, and friendly approach would enhance the overall patient experience.
