I recently had a crown replaced at Encore. As always, Dr. Jung and her entire team from the front desk staff to the procedure team, were polite, have excellent interpersonal skills, efficient ,very knowledgeable in their field and overall an excellent experience. Kudos to you all. Bob Metcalf
Friendly and professional experience
I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Kim. For the first time in 35 years, I had fillings done with zero pain, both from the freezing and during the procedure. Dr. Kim is patient, kind, and extremely careful. He explains each step clearly and offers great advice. I’m also very happy with the whole team at the office
