We went to buy a truck from them, had price on windshield, was approved for the truck, after getting our down-payment, we went to sign everything, they said they would not sell the truck to us for that price, and would not even let us know the price they wanted for it, ******* is a piece of garbage, and ****** the finance manager/guy is nothing but a LIAR

The one star is only because I can't give a lower rating. They had a car listed on their site for "$16,400 Cash". You absolutely can not pay that in cash. When you try to, they say it's the Financing Price. The salesperson tells you that you can pay off the charge after 3 months because the company they finance with (Ally) pays them (Encore) for signing people up and they don't want to lose money. After taking my car to encore for repairs with full power train warranty I was denied service even after mopar confirmed that I was covered, I have a full.recording of the 3way phone conversation between mopar and encore dealership stating that i was in fact fully covered. I was told by encore to take my car somewhere else after I pay *********************************************************************** to mopar warranty. Predatory fees, lies, will run your credit more than what they tell you. Do not recommend in any way shape or form. Not BBB Accredited. Encore CDJR should be investigated for fraud. Steer clear of the scam dealership. Read the reviews, trust your gut. Stay away from them.

I took my 2010 Chrysler 300 in for major motor repair and found (******* ******) and (Asst. ******* *********) very accomodating...They gave me a ride home and back when my car was finished...No one does that!...The car now runs great...It may cost a little more here, but it's good to have competent people working on my car...

The absolute worst service. I came in to purchase a $60k Jeep. Was ready to buy. Preapproval with my credit union ready to go, knew exactly which vehicle I wanted, knew I wanted it, all I needed was a fair trade price (when I already had 3 other places offer me a faur trade, they just didn't have exactly what I wanted). Scheduled an appointment, went in, gave them the keys to my car immediately for appraisal bc I knew that provided they offered an appropriate amount for my trade, I would purchase.
