I've been to several apartment communities in the recent weeks and found Brian to be one of the most friendly, professional and informative people that I came across! He went out of his way to answer all of my questions and was very patient with me throughout the process. Since the first day I walked into these apartments when searching I was treated with friendly staff and eagerness to get me into what I call home now. Bryan helped me figure out what would work best for me. He helped me apply and get approved. I’ve lived here for 7 months now and I have nothing bad to say. Maintenance is always on top of things and very quick to respond. There are party’s for holidays and pool party’s that they throw, it’s great. Love everything about Estate at Woodmen Ridge!!
This has Honestly been the best living experience I have had in an apartment, and I have lived in A LOT! The staff is very friendly, the gym is great and for a bonus there are holiday and summer party’s that the apartment throws with food and drinks! Love this place I call home!
I am and have been delighted and impressed by this beautiful community. My mother and sister live here and I SO ENJOY MY VISITS..I plan on moving here in the near future. And BTW..BEST CORNED BEEF IVE EVER HAD..BAR NONE.. REUBEN CAN SURE COOK
A seriously great community. Staff is great and responsive. Estate hosts multiple parties and events throughout the year that help build community. Reuben and Brian put in the work. Bobby on the maintenance staff also kicks butt and always gets after issues. Save yourself the trouble of searching other properties and apply.
