Alright I want to say that this place would get a 100% 5 star rating if it wasn't for 1 major flaw. The doors are 100% hollow and there is no noise boundary at all between your apartment and the hallway. Even with the "sound barrier" door mat I could still have a full conversation with you outside my door at low volume. Not to mention footsteps/drunk laughs will wake you up.
