BEWARE!!! Encompass made our $5500 dollar shower pan and made it incorrectly. The owner Zack admits that they messed up and at first offered a refund and then talk to his “wife” and now they’re not gonna do anything neither refund or remake even though it was their mistake! Be very careful these people do not stand behind the product and if there’s a problem, they will not fix it! You have been warned!!!!!!! I guess their contract means nothing!
