Our experience with Encompass was fabulous! We moved out of state, bought a new home, moved in and tragically lost our son a month later. Chris knowing our situation offered his expertise. He knew our house, the area and that our house wasnt really being shown. He priced it correctly, had open houses and showings. Within a couple months, it sold. I recommend using this agency for your real estate endeavors.

Chris made the uncomfortable and foreign process of selling a home in probate much easier. He guided me through the process and helped identify a few things that he believed would make the house sell for top dollar. He did not fail to deliver and the house sold for above the asking price. He was personable, easy going and generally a great realtor to work with.
