I’ve moved out 3 months ago and only gotten an email that they “had to acess” my so called damages when they didn’t even properly clean before I moved in. The carpet was black after I shampooed it twice. Maintenance only will help when it’s convenient to them. I can’t count how many times I’ve asked them to fix an issue and they end up walking away. I’ve done business with encompass on multiple occasions now and I’ve had nothing but great experiences! Cory has been absolutely spectacular to work with and they are very efficient and Reliable!! Great communication
I rented from these jerks for almost 20 years! Then they literally tried to frame my boyfriend and I saying we destroyed the laundry room!! Untrue to say the least. They used that lie to strongarm us into moving with 14 days! So we wouldn't have an eviction. The WORST PEOPLE EVER! Who does that?? They never ONCE showed us or the cops the laundry room! Weird! I would literally give these jerks negative stars! Negative! Don't EVER RENT FROM THEM!!!!
